Mini Plain Baguette Del Ray
One bite of this crusty bread with the soft interior and you will be transported to the banks of the Seine. Pair this crusty baguette with cheese and wine and a fresh salad for a simple meal. Or cut into slices for bruschetta for entertaining. Slathered with butter, this is the perfect bread to dip into a hearty soup. Leftover slices make great French toast or stratas in the morning!
Mini Baguette is approximately 12 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide and weighs approximately 1/2 pound.
Baked every day and available frozen!
Bread should be kept frozen until ready to serve.
From the freezer, pat bread with a slightly damp hand to add moisture. Wrap bread (or full tray of rolls) in foil and put into a 350F oven for 8 -10 minutes to warm through. Time may need to be adjusted down or up depending on your oven.
